Flavia: The greater the challenge, the more excited i get!

Nash: Let's do this!

???: Hey! Don't start the party without me!

Out of nowhere, a dark giant of a man came out of nowhere and easily dispatched some of the Risen with his battle axe before joining the two. He was bald, and an eyepatch covered his left eye. Upon closer inspection, Nash could see he had bandages covering his torso

Flavia: Basilio, you big oaf! You should be resting!

Basilio: As the West Khan of Regna Ferox, i would rather die in battle than stay in a mere sickbed! Har Har! By the way, who's the kid?

Flavia: I'll explain later. Let's kill these monsters!

Nash used his strong slash to eliminate four Risen at once. He soon saw the two Khans attacking the rest with sheer speed and power, almost to the point Nash couldn't follow them. Soon, the battlefield was completely littered with Risen remains

Basilio: That was a good warm up! Hahaha!!

Flavia: It's not over yet, oaf.

Draco: You're still alive, West Khan? I'm impressed.

Basilio: You think mere dark magic can kill a Khan like me? I may not be young, but i am strong!

Draco: Once you both fall, i shall take Ferox as my own and attack Ylisse! Once i acquire the Fire Emblem, nothing will be able to stop Grima's resurrection!!

Nash: Oh yeah? Like i would let you do that!

Draco: Please, my magic will easily defeat you all!!

Basilio: Flavia, kid, i have an idea.

Flavia: That's a first.

Basilio: Quiet, you! Anyway, come close. *whisper* *whisper*

Nash: Wow, that's a good plan, Khan Basilio!

Basilio: Flavia thinks me an oaf, but i am actually a quick thinker! Hahaha!!

Draco: Whatever your planning, it will not work against me!

Draco sent bolts of dark magic at the three. They dodge, and the two Khans rush the dark sorceror. With his Levin sword, he is able to block their assult with ease. He then notice Nash trying to strike from above, but Draco easily forms a barrier, pushing his opponents away

Basilio: Blast! I thought that would've worked!

Flavia: That barrier is tough. If only we had magic weapons like a Levin sword! Or the Falchion!

Nash: Wow, then i should've gotten the others involved. It's my fault we're losing.

Draco: Hmph! Unable to do anything without your friends, i see. Now i shall end you right-

But before he could finish, Draco barely dodged an attack from behind. Nash's eyes grew with shock at who Draco's newest attacker was

Nash: Lucina!!

The future princess ran to the three and look at Nash

Lucina: ....

Nash: Look, i'm sorry, i just didn't want to ri-

Lucina squeezed him as hard as she could

Lucina: Please stop running away like that! You had the whole camp, espicially me, worried sick.

Nash: Alright. Just, help us kill this dude, okay?

Lucina let go and took her stance

Lucina: With pleasure!

Draco: No matter how many of you come, you can't defeat me!

Flavia: We shall lead this next assult!

The Khans rushed at Draco once again. This time, he has a bit more difficulty in repelling the offense, causing him to form his barrier

Nash: Strike now, Lucina!

Lucina jumped up and brought her sword down on the barrier, shattering it and severing Draco's left arm, which carried his tome. Draco retreated in pain

Draco: ARGH!!! Why you...! I shall destroy you!

Nash: Shut up!!

Nash then charged at Draco, his remaining arm putting him at a disadvantage against Nash's new found aggressiveness. Nash then struck Draco's Levin Sword with enough force, that it broke in two and fell away from it's owner. Nash then pointed the sword at Draco's throat

Nash: .....

Draco: Fine then. Do it!

Nash was reluctant to strike. He had never struck down another person. He had only killed Risen, but they were undead monsters, not living creatures. He soon returned his sword to it's sheathe and stepped away from Draco

Nash: It's over. Leave and never harm anyone again.

He then turned his back to the defeated Draco, who layed there, his face filled with rage

Draco: You...brat!! TAKE THIS!!

Draco then summoned a spear and threw it. Nash was turning around to face Draco, but he knew he will not be able to react in time. Then suddenly, Lucina jumped in front of Nash, the spear piercing her body. She fell to the ground in pain

Nash: Lucina!!

Lucina: N...Nash....

Draco: Heh...heheheheh! Hahahaha!!!

Nash: You...i...I HATE YOU!!!

Draco got up and started shooting a flurry of dark magic at Nash, but the bolts smothered away as they reached Nash, who was glaring at his bracelet in anger. He then grabbed it, removed it, and tossed it to the side. He let the darkness inside him take over. He let Grima take him over. He walked to Lucina and removed the spear from her stomach. Basilio and Flavia ran to her as Nash walked towards Draco

Draco: Yes. YES!! Let yourself and Master Grima become one!!

Nash's voice was distorted as he spoke

Nash: DRaCo!! I WiLl KiLL yOu FOr WhaT YoU HAve doNE!!!

Nash took the spear and threw it into Draco's leg, causing him to fall back to the ground. Nash then took his sword and stabbed Draco just above the heart

Draco: ARGH!!! .....it will....consume....you....

Nash then took the blade as it rested in Draco's flesh and carved through his heart. He was then able to regain control of his body, and walked over to the Khans, who had Lucina put onto a stretcher to be taken to a sickbed

Nash: Lucina...i'm sorry...

Nash then searched for his bracelet and returned it to it's spot on his wrist. Two days pass and Nash sat next to the sickbed. He was able to see the massive blood stain in the blanket that covered the future princess. Soon, he heard a moaning and saw Lucina's eyes slowly begin to open

Nash: She's waking up! Thank gods!

Lucina: Ugh...Nash...?

Nash was holding back tears of joy as he saw the woman he considered his big sister awaken from her two day coma. The door soon opened to reveal Flavia, followed by Chrom and Robin

Flavia: Look who came to see you two!

Chrom: Lucina!! Are you alright?!

Lucina: Yes...father, i....am fine...

Chrom: Nash. While i think what you did was slightly noble, it was also reckless and dangerous.

Nash: I know...i'm sorry...

Chrom: But, as long as both you and Lucina are still alive, i'm happy.

Robin: By the way, is Draco...you know...?

Nash: Yeah! He's history!

Chrom: Thank the gods. You've saved many innocent lives, Nash. I'm proud of you.

Robin: Dear? Perhaps we should let Lucina rest.

Chrom: Agreed. Come with us Nash!

Nash: I'll be with you in a minute!

Chrom and Robin left the room. Nash sat down beside the bed

Lucina: Nash...

Nash: I'm sorry, Lucina. I almost got you killed. Really, i'm sorry.

Lucina: Stop apologizing, Nash. You couldn't have done it differently.

Nash: I hesitated. My hesitation almost got you killed.

Lucina: Nash, even if we are not related by blood, i consider you a brother, and i love you.

Nash leaned towards the bed and hugged Lucina

Nash: I love you too, "sis!" Rest easy!

Nash left the room

Lucina: (To think he would keep me by my father's side, even after Grima's defeat. Heh. What would i do without that boy?)

After another day, the four returned to Ylisstol, where Nash would live a happy life with his new family
